Pre-Contractual Information
Version 2.0 · Effective: 15 October 2026During the free, invite-only beta of MySniperBot no paid contract is concluded: the Services are provided free of charge and no payment is taken. The information required before a paid distance contract therefore does not apply during the beta.

2. The service during the beta
Free access to the web platform spot.mysniperbot.com for market data analysis, backtesting, paper trading with virtual funds and AI model statistics. Live trading on exchange accounts is not offered during the beta.
3. Price
Free of charge. If paid plans are introduced later, this information will be updated before any purchase is possible.
4. Duration and termination
You can stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may end the beta with at least 14 days’ notice (Terms of Service, Section 8).
5. Technical requirements
An up-to-date web browser and an internet connection; no software download is required.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to info@mysniperbot.com; we will try to resolve them amicably within 30 days. Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction took place. Consumers resident in the EU may bring claims before the competent courts of their country or apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
