Terms of Service

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between Pestosoft OÜ (Estonian company, hereinafter referred to as "Platform") and the person ("User") using the mysniperbot.com website. By registering on the Platform or purchasing any service, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

2. Services Provided

The Platform provides the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter (Free): A free-forever plan providing access to the live market scanner, algorithm builder, and backtesting with up to 30 days of historical data. Limited to 1 algorithm and 1 paper bot. No credit card required.
  • Paper Trade ($299/year): All Starter features plus unlimited algorithms, unlimited paper bots, full backtest history (500+ days), AI trade analysis, and CSV export.
  • Live Trade ($299/year — coming soon): Extension of the Paper Trade plan enabling deployment of validated algorithms on real Binance accounts via API. Requires an active Paper Trade subscription. This tier is currently in development and not yet available.
3. Account Creation and Security

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the Platform. You are responsible for the security of your account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, you must immediately notify info@mysniperbot.com.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are made in USDC (Solana) via on-chain transaction. The amount corresponding to the current plan price is displayed on the payment screen. Transactions are verified on the blockchain before license activation. All prices are subject to change; the final amount is shown at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately activatable nature of software licenses, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a license has been activated. If you experience technical issues preventing platform use, please contact support at info@mysniperbot.com within 48 hours of purchase.

6. License Terms and Restrictions
  • Subscriptions are for personal use only and are tied to a single registered account.
  • Subscriptions cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with third parties.
  • Upon expiry or cancellation of a paid plan, the account reverts to the free Starter tier with the applicable limits (1 algorithm, 1 paper bot, 30-day backtest history). Resources exceeding Starter limits are not deleted but become inaccessible until a paid plan is reinstated.
  • Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or automated abuse of the platform are strictly prohibited.
  • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke a subscription if misuse or violation of these terms is detected.
7. Live Trade License Requirement

Live Trade is an upgrade tier that requires an active Paper Trade subscription. The Paper Trade plan must be obtained and maintained for Live Trade to remain active. If a Paper Trade subscription expires or is revoked, Live Trade access is suspended accordingly.

Note: Live Trade is currently in development and not yet publicly available. These terms will apply upon its release.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of Pestosoft OÜ. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

9. Nature of Service; No Financial Services

Pestosoft OÜ provides a technological platform for algorithmic paper and live trading. The Platform constitutes a technological tool only.

The Company explicitly disclaims any role as a financial advisor, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or any regulated financial intermediary under any applicable jurisdiction.

For Live Trade, the Company does not have access to, custody of, or control over the user's Binance account, API keys, or trading capital. All API credentials entered into the Platform are used exclusively for order execution on the user's behalf and are never stored on Pestosoft OÜ servers beyond the active session.

The application of any trading strategy or algorithm to live financial markets is executed entirely at the user's own direction, risk, and responsibility.

10. Risk Disclaimer

Algorithmic trading involves significant financial risk. Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results. The Platform's tools are for educational and analytical purposes — not financial advice. You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for any gains or losses.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides its services with maximum care but cannot be held responsible for trading losses, exchange downtime, API failures, blockchain network issues, or decisions made based on platform output. The Platform's total liability cannot exceed the amount paid for the relevant license in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes

Agreement terms may be updated. Notification will be sent to your registered email address for significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Estonian law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, Estonian courts shall have jurisdiction.
