  • Payment information: Payments are processed via Solana blockchain. We do not store wallet private keys or card numbers.
  • Subscription data: Which plan you hold (Starter, Paper Trade, or Live Trade), activation dates, and subscription status.
  • Usage data: Login dates, payment history, algorithm and bot activity logs.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, visited pages (anonymous analytics).
3. How We Use Data
  • To provide services and manage your account
  • To process purchases and verify on-chain payments
  • To activate and manage your subscription plan
  • To ensure platform security
  • To send campaign and announcement emails with your explicit consent
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
  • Performance of contract: Processing necessary to provide the services you purchased.

  • Solana / Helius RPC: Blockchain payment verification — subject to their own GDPR compliance policy.
  • DigitalOcean: Server infrastructure — data may be hosted with EU/EEA data centre option.

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties outside these providers.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymised within 90 days; accounting records required by law are retained for 7 years.
